Version 3.1.4:

• Fixed an issue where the plug-in load permission dialog is shown unnecessarily.
• Fixed a crash that could occur on launch on macOS 11.
• Fixed issue that caused "Force keyboard volume control" to reset on each launch.
• Fixed issue that caused Sound Control menu to not show on some spaces.
• Fixed System Input, System Output and Frontmost app hotkeys.
• Balance settings are now saved and restored properly for output devices.
