Version 3.2.3:

Don't be annoying and show the purchase window on launch.
Fixed a crash that could occur when Sound Control menu bar icon is set to "Output Device Icon".
Fixed a crash that could happen when showing the Add App menu in the settings window.
Added option to revert to the previously selected input device on key up.
Added support for MusicEffect AudioUnits.
Work around preset settings not being identical for some AudioUnits (FabFilter ProQ) when matching the selected preset name.
