How do I prevent audio inputs from mixing?

In the second audio source popup, enable either “Discrete Channels” or “Separate Tracks”.

Discrete Channels – A single stereo track with 4 channels of audio.

Separate Tracks – Two stereo tracks, with each audio source in its own track.
