Version 3.1.11:

Fixed an issue where volume is reset to full after changing the sample rate of an output device.
Fixed an issue that could cause to Sound Control to (attempt to) change the volume on disconnected devices after waking from sleep.
Fixed an issue that would cause application volume to reset to maximum after changing the sample rate of an output device.
Fixed an issue that caused volume up/down keyboard presses to be missed after changing the system output.
Apps that are run under a debugger now show up properly in the app listing.
