Fixed status item icon updates for audio devices that don't have native volume controls (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.)
Fixed saving audio unit presets.
Volume/Effect/Balance/Routing segmented control now indicates changes that affect audio output.
Fixed toggle effects hotkey on devices on macOS 15+.
Fixed applying effects to separate channels on macOS 15+.
Added option in Appearance to list the input devices after the outputs, or to remove the inputs from the menu entirely.
Now offers the option to remove the oldest activation if license has already been activated the maximum number of times.

Fixed a bug that caused audio output to sometimes fail, especially on external displays.
Selecting a multi-output device in audio routing now works on macOS 15+.
Added option to show the selected output device icon in the menu bar.
